Education and Career
Lynn attended Cannon Beach Elementary School, Broadway Middle School and Seaside High School graduating in 1978. Lynn then attended The University of Oregon receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983. Following college Lynn was an owner of Evergreen Lanes in Gearhart. In 1985 Lynn sold his interest in the business and earned his Real Estate License. In 2000 Lynn opened North Coast Realty in Gearhart. In 2010 Lynn merged his company with Windermere Cronin and Caplan Realty Group. Lynn is the manager of the Windermere CCRG Coast offices in Cannon Beach and Gearhart and a co-owner of North Coast Rentals.Community and Leadership
Lynn is a past President of the Clatsop Association of Realtors, a two time Realtor of the Year for Clatsop Association of Realtors and a past President of the Clatsop Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. Lynn is a past director of the Astoria Golf & County Club, a past director of the Rotary Club of Seaside and a past director of the Seaside Rotary Foundation.Personal
Lynn is the proud father of three lovely daughters. Lynn enjoys playing golf, landscaping and gardening in his spare time.Marketing
